We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cafe Manager to oversee operations and ensure customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** - **Leadership & Management:** Lead, motivate, and manage cafe staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling. - **Customer Satisfaction:** Ensure every guest has a delightful experience by maintaining high service standards and addressing customer feedback promptly. - **Operational Oversight:** Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, order supplies, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards. - **Financial Management:** Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability. Monitor daily sales and expenses, and prepare financial reports. - **Menu Development:** Collaborate with the kitchen team to update the menu, introduce new items, and ensure quality and consistency. - **Marketing & Promotion:** Implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
