DescriptionJob Summary: Looking for a Restaurant Supervisor in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE)Job Key Details:
- Oversee the overall restaurant operations
- Settle customers\' complaints in a professional manner
- Make sure all facility standards and steps of service are met
- Assist in training new staff members
- Plan the workflow and ensure employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
- Offer leadership and direction for all restaurant staff members to ensure the highest level of customer service
- Carry out performance evaluations while encouraging improvement where necessary
- Ensure compliance with sanitation, hygiene and safety regulations
- Monitor employee productivity and give constructive feedback as well as coaching
- Conduct any other duties as may be assigned by management from time to time
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management/ Hospitality Management
- Should have experience of at least 2 years in a busy environment
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Must be able to work well and stay calm under pressure
- Good customer service skills
- Must have very good supervisory and leadership skills
- Ability to effectively solve issues
- Possess high standards of personal hygiene and personal grooming
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and products
