JOB DESCRIPTION \xc2\xb7 Greet customers, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude, including answering questions about the menu. \xc2\xb7 Input orders into a point-of-sale system and accept payment using a credit card reader or cash register, calculating change accurately and quickly as required. \xc2\xb7 Work together with the kitchen team to prepare foods such as juices, smoothies, Acai bowls, sandwiches, crepes, salads while following cooking instructions, safety procedures, and sanitary requirements. \xc2\xb7 Use specific kitchen machinery such as Ice cream machine, blenders, crepe machine and espresso machines to create customized hot and cold beverages to customers preferences. \xc2\xb7 Ensure restaurant cleanliness daily by clearing tables, returning trays to the kitchen, sweeping and mopping floors, washing and sanitizing kitchen utensils, and servicing restrooms. \xc2\xb7 Communicate effectively with team members and management to create work schedules, train new employees, and resolve any interpersonal issues as needed. \xc2\xb7 Handle guests concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problems according to restaurant policy. \xc2\xb7 Maintain a neat and tidy appearance by wearing a uniform and adhering to a corporate dress code. SKILLS \xc2\xb7 High school diploma or equivalent, with experience in a hot kitchen environment. \xc2\xb7 Demonstrated skill in preparation of smoothies, acai bowls, crepe, and coffee. \xc2\xb7 Exceptional Communication Skills. \xc2\xb7 Creative and Organizing Skills. \xc2\xb7 Ability to carry out required tasks in an accurate manner. \xc2\xb7 Ability to maintain composure during rush hours. \xc2\xb7 Ability to present bills, take orders and deliver them to clients in a timely manner. \xc2\xb7 Ability to deliver top quality customer service and assistance. \xc2\xb7 Ability to recommend meals, side orders, and deals to customers. \xc2\xb7 Ability to execute quickly. \xc2\xb7 Hard-working, self-motivated to grow. \xc2\xb7 Flexibility to work shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and public holidays.
