If you have a strong F&B sales background and a talent for training, we invite you to lead this exciting transformation. Key Responsibilities: Develop and Implement Training Programs:
- Create and deliver comprehensive training focused on effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for waitstaff.
- Monitor and evaluate waitstaff performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide constructive feedback and personalized coaching.
- Analyze customer interactions to pinpoint upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue through effective sales techniques.
