Job Description

As a Restaurant Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless flow of operations between the kitchen and the dining area. You will be responsible for delivering food and beverages from the kitchen to the designated tables, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with kitchen staff to prioritize and deliver food orders to the correct tables promptly.
Ensure accuracy in food orders and verify special requests or dietary restrictions.
Collaborate with servers and other restaurant staff to maintain a smooth dining experience.
Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to coordinate the timing of food delivery.
Assist with clearing and setting tables as needed to support overall restaurant operations.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests with a positive and customer-focused attitude.
Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining and service areas.
