We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and reliable Payroll Specialist to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in managing payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for all employees.

Job Summary:

He/She will be responsible for overseeing all payroll activities for our restaurant staff. This includes processing bi-weekly or weekly payroll, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, managing employee time records, and addressing payroll-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

Process payroll for all restaurant employees. Review timekeeping records for accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Manage employee benefits and deductions. Address payroll-related inquiries from employees in a timely and professional manner. Support with onboarding and offboarding payroll processes. Collaborate with HR and management to address any payroll concerns or issues. Assist with any other finance or HR-related tasks as needed.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
