Operations manager
The ideal candidate will be able to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support our business needs.
Responsibilities
Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline employees
Plan and review compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
• Ensure regulatory, compliance, and legal rules are followed.
Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; and resolve problems.
• Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards of hygiene and cleanliness standards and procedures.
• Ensure the proper execution and development of the outlets operationally and financially by leading the team members to deliver the highest quality of service, food, and beverages to the customers.
• Prepare annual performance review process.
• Leading, training, developing, managing, and motivating the team to improve sales and the quality of customer services.
• Handling of customer complaints.
• Ability and willing to work closing shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role in GCC.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to train and motivate the team to achieve target.
• Comfort working with multiple groups within the business.
• Flexibility and willingness to relocate or travel for work in GCC.
• Willing to learn the knowledge of food knowledge and preparation procedure.
Education
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field.
