Position Title: Restaurant Manager
Employment Type: Fulltime
Salary: up to 15K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
An Indian restaurant in Dubai.
Job Responsibilities:
\xc2\xa7 Oversee the overall day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
\xc2\xa7 Ensure
efficient customer service and maintain high-quality standards in all aspects
of the dining experience.
\xc2\xa7 Train, and
supervise a team of restaurant staff, including servers, hosts, and BOH staff
as necessary.
\xc2\xa7 Handle the
schedule routine of all FOH staff considering the peak hours, season, and
restaurant operational hours with the number of staff.
\xc2\xa7 Be
proactive in representing the restaurant to the clients \xe2\x80\x93 asking them for
feedback, upselling, and making sure they have the best experience.
