Establishes guest service standards that meet the needs of the target market and are in line with the operating concept of the restaurant. Ensures all operating standards comply with company policies. Monitors and analyses menus and products of competitive restaurants and room service. Provides recommendation to Director of F&B regarding future plans and changes. Selects and recruitxe2x80x99s employees. Plans training programs for staff. Ensures that the restaurant and kitchen are prepared for service. Prepares staff schedule as per needs of the restaurant. Assists with inventory check of operating equipment. Handles guest complaints and follows up. Inspects the physical condition of furniture and decorations. Liaise with Engineering for maintenance problems and Housekeeping for cleaning. Reviews the revenue and expense statement with his outlet staff. Holds periodic meeting to review procedures. Ensures the tidiness & cleanliness of staff. Provides good morale in the section. Evaluates all personnel in the bar Maintains all necessary logbooks as implemented in outlet. To be aware of what competitors are doing and reports to Director of F&B or F&B Manager.
