The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in restaurant operations, staff management, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities : * Oversee day:to:day operations, ensuring efficiency and high:quality service. * Train, mentor, and manage staff to maintain excellence. * Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies. * Monitor inventory, budgets, and financial performance. * Maintain compliance with local food safety and hygiene standards. Requirements: * Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management. * Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. * Knowledge of Saudi food industry regulations is a plus. * Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is advantageous. * High:end fast:paced dining is a must.
