Job Title: Restaurant Manager Location: Super Breeze Bar & Restaurant, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE About Us: Super Breeze Bar & Restaurant is a well-rated dining establishment located in the Al Marjan Island, RAK. Despite our excellent location and positive reviews, we are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to take our operations to the next level. Our aim is to ensure the highest standards of food quality, customer service, and staff training. Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of Super Breeze Bar & Restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the restaurant industry within the UAE, demonstrating strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure all staff are well-trained and provide high-quality service.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards.
- Manage and maintain restaurant equipment, ensuring everything is in good working order.
- Create and manage budgets, and ensure financial targets are met.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the owners to develop and execute business strategies.
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the industry, ideally in the UAE.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety and health regulations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and MS Office.
- Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
- Competitive salary based on experience, starting from AED 5,000.
