Job Title: Restaurant ManagerLocation: Dubai, United Arab EmiratesPackage: up to 14,500 AED per month, plus benefitsI\'m currently supporting one of GCC's most well known hospitality brands, with their search for a Restaurant Manager.This role would be heading one of their flagship stores, here in Dubai, and we're looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager who has a proven track record in overseeing high footfall, high turnover, venues.This role would be reporting directly into the Operations Director, and you\'d be responsible for overseeing a wider team of circa 35+. You\'d be responsible for managing all FOH, BOH, Retail, & Grab & Go operations.Our ideal candidate will have a strong background managing successful independent, high-end/premium casual dining concepts (with a full commercial grasp of budgets, P&Ls, forecasts etc.) - and those who come from more of a Quick Service background wouldn\'t be the right fit on this particular occasion.Relocation isn\'t provided for this role, and we can only consider those who are based within the UAE already.What we're looking for:

What you\'ll need:
At least 3-5 years in the hospitality business; hotel or restaurant management qualification preferable including Financial basic knowledge.
To have Food Industry Customer Service background and qualifications.
Essential Knowledge of the Internet, MS Office and Email; experience with in-house technical systems.
Strong communication skills in English both verbal and written.
Restaurant and Catering experience is essential. Experiences of managing a delivery service an added advantage.
Good with people, independent and able to work towards targets.
