Role: Restaurant Manager - Pre-Opening Beach Club ConceptLocation: Dubai, United Arab EmiratesPackage: 16,000 - 20,000 AED per month, plus package*** Please note that we can only consider those who are based inside of the UAE already ***I\'m currently supporting an incredibly exciting, and expanding hospitality group here in the UAE.Based in the heart of Dubai, the group have already lauched a number of exciting concepts, with plenty more in the pipeline too (beach clubs, restaurants etc.) and they are now actively looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join and head up their most exciting pre-opening concept, a high-end, premium beach club which is set to open in Q4 2024.Our ideal candidate will be someone who has worked in the luxury lifestyle environments - high volume, high revenue turnover, independent restaurants/venues with new opening experience too.Strong international experience is preferred, ideally to have worked in International F&B hubs around the world. Opening experience in the Middle East is beneficial.Must be able to manage large team, multi-cultural teams of staff members and a large number of VIP guests.We are needing someone who comes from a nightlife background and ideally you\'ll come from an independent/standalone F&B background too.
