We are looking for a skilled Restaurant manager. To join our team on international cuisine restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the restaurant's day-to-day operation. Responsibilities Coordinate daily front-of-the-house and back-of-the-house restaurant operations Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction. Manage and mentor staff, including scheduling training and performance evolutions Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints Regularly review product quality and research new vendors Organize and supervise shifts Requirements At least 5 years of experience in a similar role with experience in international cosine preferred. Strong leadership and management skills Ability to create and execute menu plans reflecting the restaurant's cuisine and brand. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
