Restaurant Manager Job Responsibilities and Duties
• Develops innovative strategies that increase the establishment's profitability
• Ensures inventory is well-stocked and efficiently utilized
• Creates reports on daily, weekly, monthly, and annual restaurant operations
• Handles customer concerns and suggestions
• Participate in planning Marketing activities both digital and traditional and ensure required content is delivered and monitor if campaigns are achieving desired results.
• Manage all operations issues and ensure regulations and procedures recommended by Dubai Municipality and other related govt authorities are followed in the restaurant
• Manage staff schedules, conduct briefings, ensure high standards of staff etiquette
• Manage selection, training & development, and performance management of service staff
Restaurant Manager Job Requirements
• European female or male
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a related role
• Excellent customer services skills
• Basic knowledge of accounting and financial management
• Deep knowledge of F&B industry
• Strong leadership skills

Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
