Lead and manage the team, including staffing, training, scheduling and performance management
Develop, establish, implement and monitor all operational standards, as per established policies, SOPs, hygiene, safety, and quality measures
Collaborate closely with the Kitchen team to create and/or maintain authentic Italian menu, showcasing seasonal quality ingredients, regional specialties and innovative cuisine
Monitor and manage restaurant inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize profitability, without compromising quality
Continuously evaluate and improve services standards and product quality
Handle guest inquiries, feedback and complaints in a prompt and professional manner
Cultivate relationships with guests, suppliers and industry partners to enhance the Hotel\'s reputation and visibility
Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, continuous improvement and personal growth among the restaurant colleagues
Train, evaluate, and schedule all colleagues per the applicable standards, and policies and as per the overall business requirements.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain hotel\'s competitive edge
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of F&B leadership role experience within a luxury hotel environment or high-end independent restaurant. A hotel pre-opening experience and Middle East experience is an advantage.
With a Senior High School Diploma or equivalent. An advantage is a vocational Diploma in Hospitality and/or a bachelor\'s degree in hospitality/Hotel/Business Management.
Passion for Italian cuisine and a deep understanding of its traditions, techniques and ingredients
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
Detail oriented, with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
With a proven track record of delivering memorable guest experience and resolving issues effectively
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and develop a diverse team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian; Arabic or other languages are preferred.
Knowledge of food and beverage trends and a commitment to staying abreast of industry developments

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required
