- Lead, train, and motivate staff to provide exceptional guest experiences.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Create and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain guests.
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and handle guest inquiries and feedback.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in an Italian fine dining environment.
- Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
