Your Day to Day



We're on the lookout for an energetic and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to create awesome dining experiences at our vibrant lifestyle hotel. If you're passionate about food and love making guests happy, this is the job for you!



As a Restaurant Manager, you'll be the F&B whizz, leading the way and crafting unique dining experiences across all our venues. You'll oversee the restaurant, in-room dining, and events, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile. Your role involves continuously evaluating and improving guest satisfaction, always striving for excellence.



You'll work towards business objectives with a 100% customer-focused approach, staying within food and payroll budgets. As a team player, you'll recruit, motivate, train, develop and manage your team, promoting the IHG Winning Ways and Hotel Indigo's brand ethos. Managing guest queries efficiently and effectively will be part of your daily routine.



Other responsibilities will include setting departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures and driving sales to maximize budgeted revenue. You will also participate in menu development, take accountability for monthly stock takes and ensure compliance with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.

What we need from you



The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader with the ability to positively coach and motivate the team to success. We are looking for someone with significant restaurant experience and exposure to restaurant operations. An international background in branded restaurants is as important as the ability to lead and inspire a multinational team.


Ideally, you will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role in a 5-star hotel or restaurant, be strong in HACCP procedures and application, and have the ability to train and develop your team. You should be highly organized and motivated.
