Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
• Manage staff schedules, supervise employees, and conduct regular performance reviews
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and prompt issue resolution
• Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with regulations
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and courteously
• Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost-efficiency
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers
• Manage budgets, financial records, and perform regular financial reporting
• Set and achieve sales targets, implementing strategies to boost revenue and profitability
• Motivate and train staff to ensure high performance and professional development
• Stay updated with industry trends, including new recipes, techniques, and restaurant management practices
• Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, changes, and expectations
• Ensure the restaurant's ambiance is always welcoming and reflects the brand's standards
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure menu quality and consistency
• Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the dining experience

Requirements :

• Proven experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and culture is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient in restaurant management software
• Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
• Ability to motivate and lead a diverse team

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
