Restaurant Manager - DubaiWe are actively seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for a premium dining restaurant in downtown Dubai. The main responsibility of the restaurant manager is to ensure the overal smooth and effective management of restaurant operations on a daily basis with a strong focus on customer service.Main duties:
  • Recruiting, training and supervising staff.
  • Agreeing and managing budgets.
  • Creating staffing rotas.
  • Planning menus.
  • Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation.
  • Promoting and marketing the business.
  • Overseeing stock levels and ordering supplies.
  • Handling customer enquiries and complaints.
  • Taking reservations.
  • Greeting and advising customers.
  • Problem solving.
  • Preparing and presenting staffing/sales reports.
  • Keeping statistical and financial records.
  • Assessing and improving profitability.
  • Liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities and sales representatives.
  • Making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant.
Ideal persnon:
  • Experience in high volume, casual dining concepts
  • Must have GCC experience
  • Ability to work in a fast=paced environment
Salary package: AED15K-20K pm + Flights, Accommodation, Medicals, Visa, Transport
