Duties and Responsibilities:



Supervises and optimizes the front and back of the house restaurant operation. Oversees the preparation, presentation and service of Food and Beverage products to ensure the highest quality at all times. Control operational costs and promote efficiency. Control and analyze on an on-going tasks and/or projects. Manage staff roster. Establishes and maintains effective employee relations. Develops formal training plans and conducts on-the-job training sessions for F&B employees. Assists with the compilation of new menus and beverage lists. Prepares weekly, monthly and annual financial reports. Endeavor to expand the restaurant's reach through targeted promotions.

Requirements:



Work experience in the Food & Beverage - Managerial Level or similar role. Foster positive customer relations. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Applicant should be available in the UAE and can join immediately.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
