We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Restaurant Manager

for a Restaurant.

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures. Recruit, train, and manage restaurant staff to ensure top-notch performance and customer satisfaction. Monitor food quality, service standards, and overall guest experience. Control budgets, track expenses, and work toward achieving financial targets. Address and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently. Manage inventory and ensure effective stock control. Develop and execute marketing initiatives to enhance customer engagement and increase sales. Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and food sanitation regulations. Foster a positive and motivating work environment for staff.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to manage budgets, analyze financial statements, and boost profitability. In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Salary Range: 2000 AED - 3000 AED

Visa + Accommodation + Medical Insurance Provided

Minimum experience 2 Years (In UAE)

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
