We are seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager with 1-3 years of experience to lead our dynamic team. The Restaurant Manager will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, customer service, inventory management, and financial performance. This position offers a competitive salary of 4000 AED per month, along with opportunities for growth and advancement within our organization.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
2. Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and support staff.
3. Ensure that all staff members adhere to company policies, procedures, and hygiene standards.
4. Monitor and control food and beverage costs, labor costs, and other expenses to maximize profitability.
5. Create and maintain employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and operational efficiency.
6. Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, such as promotional events, upselling techniques, and menu changes.
7. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
8. Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
9. Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and update menus, as well as maintain food quality and consistency.
10. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Requirements:
1. 1-3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
2. Proven track record of leadership, team building, and customer service excellence.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
5. Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, sanitation standards, and safety regulations.
6. Proficiency in computer software, such as Microsoft Office Suite and restaurant management systems.
7. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in hospitality management or related field is preferred but not required.
8. Food handling and safety certification is a plus.
