Job Purpose:
As the Restaurant Manager, you will lead and manage our restaurant team under the direction of the Owner. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, optimizing profits through effective cost control and revenue generation, and maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality, cleanliness, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operational Oversight & Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Staff Supervision & Management: Lead, train, and manage restaurant staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer experiences, addressing and resolving any issues promptly.
• Financial Management: Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize revenue.
• Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality and safety.
• Marketing and Sales: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Reporting: Provide regular performance reports to the Owner.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Financial acumen and experience with budgeting and cost control.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
