Our venue will feature exquisite cuisine, top-notch shisha, and a vibrant atmosphere. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team and lead this exciting venture to success.

As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and shisha lounge. You will ensure that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently, delivering an exceptional dining and shisha experience to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
• Customer Service: Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by maintaining service standards, addressing customer concerns, and managing feedback.
• Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Financial Management: Monitor budgets, manage costs, and ensure profitability by optimizing revenue and controlling expenses.
• Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food, beverage, and shisha quality, as well as overall cleanliness and ambiance.
• Marketing and Promotions: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, including special events and promotions.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards, as well as local regulations and licensing requirements.
• Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality products.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.
• Customer service-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
• Knowledge of shisha culture and practices is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
