Job Duties
• Lead and motivate a team of employees to ensure that all customer service standards are met
• Ensure the restaurant is operating efficiently, meeting all health and safety regulations, and adhering to company policies and procedures
• Monitor daily operations, including food preparation, cash handling, inventory management, and staffing levels
• Develop strategies to increase sales and profitability while controlling costs
• Train and develop staff to maximize their potential and performance
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and other operational data
• Manage employee scheduling, and time-off requests
• Oversee the maintenance of the restaurant premises, equipment, and supplies
• Analyze sales reports and adjust pricing or promotional activities accordingly
• Create weekly/monthly marketing plans to promote the restaurant's products and services

Customer Service: Customer service skills allow you to interact with customers in a friendly and helpful manner. As a restaurant manager, you may be responsible for training and overseeing the customer service of your staff. You can also use your customer service skills to ensure your restaurant is providing quality service to its customers.
Scheduling & Staffing: Scheduling and staffing are two important aspects of a restaurant manager's job. As a restaurant manager, you may be responsible for scheduling and staffing several shifts each week. This requires you to have a thorough understanding of the restaurant's operations and the number of employees needed to run each shift. You may also be responsible for hiring and training new employees.
Inventory Control: You may be responsible for managing the inventory of your restaurant. This includes ordering the correct amount of supplies and ensuring you have enough food and Supply number to meet customer demand. Having strong inventory control skills can help you manage your restaurant's resources efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Experience:
• restaurant manager: 5 years (Preferred)
• hospitality: 5 years (Preferred)
• leadership: 3 years (Preferred)
• ShawMan POS: 3 years (Preferred)
