Job Description

We are looking for a skilled experienced Restaurant Manager

• 5-10 years' experience managing an Restaurant.
• Ensuring incoming staff complies with company policy
• Training staff to follow restaurant procedures
• Maintaining safety and food quality standards
• Keeping customers happy and handling complaints
• Organizing schedules
• Keeping track of employees' hours
• Ordering food, linens, gloves and other supplies while staying within budget limitations
• Maintain a good understanding of the menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.

Stay updated on any changes to the menu or special offers.

• Supervising daily shift operations
• Ensuring all end of day cash outs are correctly completed
• Coordinating daily front- and back-of-house restaurant operations
• Controlling operational costs and identifying ways to cut waste
• Appraising staff performance
• Interviewing/recruiting new employees
• Interacting with guests to get feedback on product quality and service levels
• Proven customer service experience as a manager
• Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
• Familiarity with restaurant management software, like Openable and Peach Works
• Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
• Acute financial management skill.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
