DescriptionJob Summary: Looking for a Restaurant Manager in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)Job Key Details:

Develop and implement marketing plans to attract customers
Assist with inventory control and management
Develop and implement policies as well as standard operating procedures
Keep up a safe, secure and healthy facility environment
Handle suppliers/ vendors for quality products and provide performance assessment of vendors
Conduct inspections regularly in the restaurant for cleanliness, service readiness, staff grooming as well as hospitality culture
Conduct employee reviews and assessments
Prepare reports on weekly sales updates, staff performance as well as marketing activities
Respond to customer complaints in a professional and courteous way
Plan and supervise staff shifts
Carry out any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

Possess a Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or a related field of study
At least 1+ years of experience in the same or related role
Should have good experience in food and beverage service
Good knowledge in budgeting, forecasting as well as management of costs
Must be conversant with advanced principles of food and beverage management, revenue management as well as cost control
