Our client, a forthcoming restaurant in Dubai, specializing in GCC cuisine and Indian Hyderabadi delicacies, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the setup and management of their new establishment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive plan for the setup and launch of the restaurant, including concept development, menu creation, hiring staff, and operational setup.
- Oversee all pre-opening activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and coordinating with vendors for equipment, supplies, and furnishings.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff, creating a positive work environment conducive to delivering exceptional service standards.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage procurement, and maintain relationships with suppliers to guarantee consistent quality and timely delivery of supplies.
- Establish and maintain high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and overall customer experience.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager, specializing in GCC cuisine and Indian Hyderabadi cuisine.
- Demonstrated experience in successfully setting up and launching new restaurants or outlets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team during the setup phase and beyond.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities to oversee multiple aspects of restaurant setup.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders, vendors, and the team.
- Indian nationality preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic/French/Tagalog/Hindi.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
