We are seeking a dynamic and skilled European Restaurant Manager who is fluent in both English and French languages.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, exceptional leadership qualities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. The European Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the overall success of the restaurant.
This position is based in Indonesia - Bali.
Salary -USD 3000 per month.

Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all aspects of the restaurants daily operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
Lead, train, and supervise the restaurant staff, including servers, hosts, bartenders, and support staff, fostering a positive and cohesive team environment.
Ensure high-quality customer service by setting and maintaining service standards, addressing customer feedback, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality dishes that align with the restaurants European cuisine concept.
Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, enhance profitability, and achieve sales targets.
Monitor inventory levels, control costs, and manage budgets to optimize operational efficiency.
Plan and execute special events, promotions, and marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.
Maintain a strong presence on the restaurant floor, engaging with guests, building relationships, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Uphold and enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain a clean and safe environment.
Handle employee scheduling, performance evaluations, and staff development to maximize team productivity and morale.
Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute business strategies that align with the restaurants goals and vision.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
A minimum of 3-5 years of restaurant management experience, with a proven track record of success in leadership role.
Fluent in both English and French languages, enabling effective communication with staff and customers.
Qualifications:
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with a passion for providing memorable dining experiences.
Proven ability to drive sales, manage budgets, and achieve financial targets.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of restaurant software, POS systems
Familiarity with European cuisine concepts is a plus.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
