Job Description

• Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the restaurant.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Maintain the highest standards of food quality and service.

Manage inventory and ordering of supplies, ensuring cost control and waste minimization.

Implement and monitor restaurant policies and procedures.

Customer Service:

Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times.

Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.

Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements as necessary.

Staff Management:

Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff.

Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.

Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Financial Management:

Prepare and manage the restaurant's budget.

Monitor financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability.

Analyze financial reports and identify areas for improvement.

Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs.

Marketing and Promotion:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns.

Participate in community events and activities to promote the restaurant.

Utilize social media and other platforms to enhance the restaurant's visibility and reputation.

Quality Control:

Ensure that all food and beverages meet quality standards.

Conduct regular inspections of the kitchen and dining areas.

Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the restaurant.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management.

Skills:

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in financial management and budgeting.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

Familiarity with restaurant management software and POS systems.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Capability to lift and carry heavy items as needed.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
