Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching when needed.
Handle conflict resolution and disciplinary actions as necessary.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and resolving issues promptly.
Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a
Restaurant Manager
or in a similar leadership role.
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety regulations, and industry trends.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems.
