We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant and ensure an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, particularly in burger chains, and be well-versed in Saudi market requirements and operational standards. Core Competencies: Manage and operate the daily restaurant activities to ensure high customer satisfaction. Supervise and lead the team to uphold the highest standards of quality and service. Develop innovative strategies to boost revenue and meet operational targets. Monitor financial performance and report to senior management. Ensure compliance with health and restaurant operating standards in Saudi Arabia. Lead the brand's expansion efforts and manage the opening of new branches. Job Specifications: Proven experience in restaurant management, especially in burger chains. In-depth knowledge of Saudi market requirements and restaurant standards. Strong ability to work under pressure and manage diverse teams efficiently. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Arab National Only Responsibilities & Duties: Oversee restaurant operations, including staff management and customer service. Ensure the restaurant meets all regulatory and operational standards.
