Responsible for the daily management of the restaurant with all the details related to it, starting from selecting and hiring workers, waiters and chefs, through training them through effective directions and instructions on how to cook and present dishes in the best possible way.
Responsible for maintaining the restaurant's revenues and providing high quality through proper operation, maintaining quality standards, planning and organizing menus.
Managing operating budgets and determining procedures that help reduce expenses.
Creating detailed reports periodically on revenues and expenses.
Providing suggestions for various marketing methods such as discount offers and advertisements on social media
Qualifications and required courses:
• A recognized academic qualification in the field of tourism and hotels or business administration.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or tourism and hotels.
• Specialized training courses in the art of cooking and how to create delicious dishes.
• Documented and accredited certificates in the field of food health and safety and observing food quality standards, commitment to professional duties and ethics.
• Previous practical experience in the position of restaurant manager
