Job Description
Responsibilities:- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, creating a positive first impression.- Manage the reservation system and waitlist, ensuring accurate seating arrangements.- Lead the guests to their tables, providing them with menus and answering any initial questions.- Monitor table rotation and availability, communicating with waitstaff and management to ensure smooth operations.- Maintain a clean and organized hostess station, ensuring all necessary materials are stocked and readily available.- Respond to phone inquiries, providing accurate information and addressing guest concerns.- Collaborate with the waitstaff and management to deliver an exceptional dining experience.- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
