Position Overview:

We are seeking a personable and professional Hostess to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a warm and welcoming demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a strong proficiency in managing reservations systems such as SevenRooms or ServMe. Proficiency in English is essential, and the candidate must be willing to assist on the floor as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Manage reservations using systems like SevenRooms and ServMe, ensuring efficient and accurate booking.
• Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize the dining experience and table turnover.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and handle special requests from guests.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Assist with guest needs and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit.
• Collaborate with the restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations and a seamless dining experience.
• Be willing to help out on the floor as needed, including supporting waitstaff and other team members.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Hostess or similar role in a high-end restaurant.
• Proficiency in reservations systems such as SevenRooms or ServMe is mandatory.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English is essential.
• Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with grace.
• A positive attitude and a team player mentality.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
