Job Summary: Restaurant Hostess
Location: Dubai Mall
Responsibilities:
• Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival
• Manage reservations and seating assignments efficiently
• Escort guests to their tables with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hostess station and waiting area
• Answer phone calls and inquiries regarding reservations
• Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure a smooth flow of guests' dining experience
• Provide exceptional customer service and address guest concerns promptly
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a hostess or in customer service preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Presentable appearance and positive attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
