Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlist to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction. Assist guests with inquiries, provide recommendations on menu items, and take food and beverage orders as needed. Coordinate with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and accurate order delivery. Monitor dining areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to restaurant standards. Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests in a professional and courteous manner. Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the restaurant, engaging with guests and ensuring their comfort. Upsell additional menu items, promotions, or special offers to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue. Assist in general restaurant tasks, such as setting up tables, arranging decorations, and assisting with special events or functions. Follow all safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe dining environment for guests and staff.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience as a Restaurant Hostess or in a customer service role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and a positive attitude. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
