: The Restaurant Hostess' primary responsibilities will include greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a seamless dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and seat guests upon arrival.
• Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently to maximize table turnover and guest satisfaction.
• Can communicate effectively with guests in English, and Turkish or Arabic is a plus to handle inquiries, take reservations, and address special requests.
• Maintain a clean and organized host/hostess area.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns professionally.
• Assist with special events and large parties as required.

Qualifications:

• Can communicate well in English and Arabic or Turkish is plus.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
• With a pleasing personality.
