As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive. Your welcoming demeanor and attention to detail will contribute to our commitment to exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Preferred Fluent Arabic/English Speaking
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
