Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hostess at The Lab Holding in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Hostess will be responsible for welcoming and greeting guests, managing reservations, answering and directing phone calls, and providing excellent customer service. The Hostess will also assist with other duties such as coordinating events, seating guests, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with guests and co-workers.
• Experience in reservations and coordination of events.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service oriented and ability to provide excellent service to guests.
• Proficient in phone etiquette and handling multiple phone lines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Relevant experience in the F&B industry is preferred.
• At least 1-2 years of experience as a hostess.
