Restaurant Hostess
Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and professional Hostess to join our team & renowned dining establishment. As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Ensure guests are seated in a timely and courteous manner.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area.
• Provide menus and help guests with special requests.
• Communicate effectively with waitstaff and management to ensure smooth service.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Hostess or in a customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• A positive attitude and ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the restaurant's menu and services is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
