- Induct lead all Kitchen in charges, ensuring they are receiving adequate support training and resources to operate their branch at optimum level.
- Responsible for training the staff in the entire operations of the kitchen in all branches as advised by the respective HODs.
- To provide necessary training to improve the quality and hygiene of the food cycle from preparation through to delivery.
- Motivate and lead Kitchen employees to perform their roles to a high standard and in alignment to policies and procedures.
- Standardize operations across all branches.
- Create and maintain a skills grid for each employee.
- To facilitate the audit in order to ensure that the food is prepared in accordance with the company\'s QHSE standards.
- Carry out the periodical audit of all kitchens ensuring improvements required are acted on.
- To train new kitchen helpers and provide ongoing training as advised by the F&B Operations Manager/ Restaurant Manager.
- Bachelors degree/Diploma/ Equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the U.A.E
- Advanced knowledge in MS Office
- Excellent interpersonal skills in English
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent grooming/appearance at all times
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized
- Team work oriented highly
- Motivated and great at motivating staff
- Sociable with an open personality that fits with the brand image
