Restaurant Cashier
Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Restaurant Cashier to join our team in Dubai. The Restaurant Cashier will handle transactions with customers and ensure a positive dining experience. Responsibilities: Greet customers and assist them with menu choices. Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system. Process cash, credit card, and mobile payments from customers. Calculate and issue bills, receipts, and change to customers. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station. Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner. Collaborate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure timely and accurate service. Provide excellent customer service and promote loyalty programs or special offers. Requirements: Previous experience as a cashier in a restaurant or retail environment is preferred but not required. Strong mathematical and communication skills. Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems efficiently. Customer-focused with a friendly and positive attitude. Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling. UAE residency or work permit is required.
