1. Daily Cafe Operations
Assist in managing day-to-day cafe activities, ensuring smooth service and efficiency.
Oversee cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with food safety regulations.
Coordinate reservations, take-away, and delivery orders.
2. Customer Experience & Service
Ensure a warm and inviting atmosphere for all customers.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Train and mentor staff on customer service excellence.
3. Staff Supervision & Training
Assist in recruiting, training, and scheduling cafe staff.
Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Monitor staff performance and provide feedback.
4. Inventory & Financial Management
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain inventory.
Reduce waste and optimize cost control measures.
Support financial reporting, budgeting, and sales analysis.
5. Marketing & Promotions
Assist in implementing marketing strategies, seasonal promotions, and special events.
Engage with customers through loyalty programs and social media initiatives.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in cafe or restaurant management.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of POS systems and basic financial reporting.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Experience:
* Assistant manager in a restaurant in the UAE: 2 years (Required)
