Job Description

• Receives checks and processes all payments and refund transactions from the guests.
• Operates the cash register and ensures that the cash register is balanced at the end of the shift.
• Follows all restaurant procedures regarding discounts and promotions.
• Handles guests' concerns professionally.
• Handling cash transactions with guests using cash registers.
• Taking take-away orders.
• Maintaining complete knowledge of all our foods and beverages, outlets, services and hours of operation.
• Processing and accepting payments.
• Issuing receipts, refunds and change.
• Recommending food and drinks to our guests.
• Greeting our guests whenever they are entering and leaving our establishments.
• Maintaining clean and tidy work stations.
• Keeping reports of transactions.
• Bagging and wrapping take-away orders.
• Pleasantly dealing with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Training new and existing staff and managers.
• Collecting of documents from different departments and sending it to the head office.
• Receiving of documents from the head office and properly disseminating it to the respective departments or staffs.
• Informing the staffs about their schedule for contract signing, medical tests, trainings and other announcements from the head office.
• Assisting the staffs in filling out or signing forms to be sent to the head office.
• Checking areas of the restaurant that needs to be cleaned and informing the housekeepers.

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

• Restaurant Admin in UAE: 2 years (Preferred)
