As a sourcing specialist, the job holder will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and attracting top talent to join our organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies, and you will use a variety of sourcing techniques to find qualified candidates. Additionally, he/she will be responsible for screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and understand job requirements
• Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and employee referrals
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
• Manage the candidate pipeline, tracking progress and providing regular updates to hiring managers
• Negotiate salary and benefits packages with candidates
• Conduct reference and background checks as necessary
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
• Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technology tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
