We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Resourcing Advisor to join our dynamic Recruitment Team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the recruitment landscape and have a proven track record of identifying and engaging with high-quality candidates to support our growing business needs. In this role you will be responsible for driving all areas of sourcing, screening and talent pooling for major programmes across the Middle East region. This role sits within the recruitment function based in either Abu Dhabi or Dubai and will report into the Recruitment Manager.Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Sourcing: Sourcing top tier talent from our competitors across all grade levels for the Middle East business.
  • Pre-Screening: Managing screenings, follow-ups, salary negotiations, with building long term relationships with candidates
  • Talent Mapping: Mapping out and approaching diverse talent from untapped markets to further increase diversity and inclusion
  • Talent Pool Management: Creating a pipeline of active candidates across multiple job disciplines. Developing substantial candidate network using different channels not limited to LinkedIn project pipelining, employee referrals, management referrals and social referrals. Develop and manage a talent pool of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to understand talent trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to stay up to date with market trends.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Recruitment Team to understand role requirements, develop targeted sourcing strategies, and provide regular updates on candidate pipelines.
Reporting: Maintaining and updating internal trackers , applicant tracking systems and other ad hoc reports as and when required. * Brand Representation: Represent Turner & Townsend professionally and positively, enhancing the company\xe2\x80\x99s employer brand and attracting high-quality talent.Qualifications
  • A proven track record of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition roles, preferably within the construction or related fields.
  • Previous work experience in Middle East is mandatory.
  • Experience utilizing ATS systems is ideal but not mandatory.
  • Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter is required.
  • Exceptional communication, networking, verbal, written, interpersonal skills required.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and multi-task using sound judgement.
  • Highest regard for confidentiality.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
