Responsibilities

Our newest opportunity is for a talented Resource Planner to join our award winning team in Riyadh. This position is responsible for resource capacity planning to assess and manage resource demands based on project priorities and objectives.

We envisage success in this role to include; resource capacity planning to assess and manage resource demands based on project priorities and objectives. Tracking and reporting on resource utilisation, analysing data and providing suggestions for resource optimisation Assigning available staff to projects based on their skills and experience Providing project managers with ongoing resource management and related support Collaborating with Hiring managers to understand staffing needs and forecast future resource requirements Monitoring and analyzing staffing levels, identifying any gaps or surpluses, and making recommendations for adjustments based on current KEO project statuses. Creating and maintaining a database of staff skills, qualifications, and availability to facilitate efficient resource allocation. Liasing with TA and HR to assist in the utilization of current employees

Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include a minimum of 5 years' career experience partnered with a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
