Overview:The Residential Sales Admin and Compliance Officer is responsible for supporting the sales team and overseeing the generation and management of sales leads. Additionally, this role is responsible for conducting KYC (Know Your Customer), AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and other regulatory checks on potential buyers for UAE-based projects. This role ensures compliance with local regulations and plays a key role in facilitating the sales process, ensuring smooth operations and regulatory adherence. Responsibilities:KYC/AML Compliance
Register for goAML and develop, implement, and manage AML and KYC procedures for Aman clients.
Educate and train sales managers on AML policies and compliance protocols.
Monitor and report suspicious transactions to prevent money laundering.
Assess risks associated with each client prior to forwarding details to developers.
File quarterly and annual compliance reports, ensuring timely submission.
Conduct an independent audit of the compliance framework on an annual basis.
Sales Support and Lead Management
Assist with the lead generation process and ensure timely follow-up to convert leads into sales.
Track and manage sales leads, ensuring efficient delegation and follow-up by Sales Directors.
Work closely with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies, including events, promotions, and digital campaigns.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis
Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
Provide insights to adjust sales strategies to position Aman Residences as a top luxury option in the market.
CRM Management and Reporting
Manage the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client information.
Prepare and present regular sales reports for management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.
Legal Contract Expertise
Analyse and interpret legal contracts, ensuring all information is accurate and compliant.
Personalize contracts to reflect the specific needs of each buyer, ensuring clarity and satisfaction throughout the transaction process.
Cross-Department Collaboration
Collaborate with marketing, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of the sales process and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:Experience:
Proven track record of success in luxury real estate sales, residential sales management, or hospitality.
Solid understanding of the UAE real estate regulatory environment, especially related to AML/KYC compliance.
Education:
Bachelors degree in business, hospitality, real estate, compliance, or a related field.
AML/KYC certifications are preferred.
Skills:
Proficiency in CRM software, client check tools, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with high-net-worth individuals.
